When receiving a Failed to export the report error - trying to export a report to ODBC

  1. If the user has Microsoft Access on computer
    1. Right click on desktop icon for Meet Manager or Team Manager
    2. Left click on Properties
    3. Click on Compatibility tab
    4. Select Run this program as an administrator and click Apply
    5. Download the redistributable drivers for Access - http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=13255
  2. If user does not have Microsoft Access on computer
  3. Right click on desktop icon for Meet Manager or Team Manager
  4. Left click on Properties
  5. Click on Compatibility tab
  6. Select Run this program as an administrator and click Apply
  7. Re-download Access Runtime - https://www.microsoft.com/en-ca/download/details.aspx?id=5004
