When trying to install an update, encounter Error 5 - below are steps to resolve.
  • Note: This option is not needed for Meet Manager for Swimming 6.0, 7.0 and 8.0 / Meet Manager for Track & Field 6.0
Meet Manager for Swimming 5.0
  1. Close Meet Manager
  2. Right-click on Meet Manager desktop icon, then click Properties > Compatibility
  • ​Note: Mac users, hold Control key and left-click (this acts as a right-click)
  1. Select Run this program as an administrator, click Apply
  2. Open SWMM5, go to File > Install Update
  3. Click No on first screen that appears
  4.  Select SwimMM5Update.zip on next screen, click Open
  5. Follow prompts to install update
Meet Manager for Track & Field 5.0
  1. Close Meet Manager 
  2. Right-click on Meet Manager desktop icon, then click Properties > Compatibility
  • ​Note: Mac users, hold Control key and left-click (this acts as a right-click)
  1. Select Run this program in compatibility mode, select option for computer's operating system, and click Apply
  2. Open TFMM5, go to File > Install Update
  3. Click No on first screen that appears
  4. Select TrackMM5Update.zip on next screen, click Open
  5. Follow prompts to install update
