Advancers are results from one meet converted into entries for the next level meet, such as "advancing" athletes and relays from a High School Regional Meet to the State meet. Choose this option to export Advancers to be imported into another MM Database.

  • Note: Export of Advancers creates an entry file.

To export advancers, from the Main Menu Bar, click on File > Export > Advancers. Options for exporting are: 

  1. Swimming
    1. Top How Many from each event to advance
    2. Maximum Qualifiers per Event
    3. Or Range of Places from finals
    4. Select best time from finals only
    5. Select best time from finals and prior rounds
    6. Select best time from finals, prior rounds, and entry time
    7. Include relay athlete names
       
  2. Track & Field
    1. Top How Many from each event advance
    2. Maximum Qualifiers per Event
    3. Include relay athlete names
    4. Custom Select Advancers
    5. Use Best Mark from All Rounds
    6. Advance from All Rounds
    7. Include Addresses
