Setting an Athlete with a status of Exhibition means that all of their entries will be marked as Exhibition
  1. Go to Athletes
  2. Double click athlete's name to bring up edit screen
  3. In Status drop down box select Exhibition
  4. If box is greyed out
    1. Close out of Athletes
    2. Click on Set-up, Athlete/Relay Preferences
    3. Under Athlete Preferences check box Enter Athlete Status
    4. Then go back to athlete's edit screen and select Exhibition for Status

To set an individual entry as exhibition
  1. Go to Athletes
  2. Highlight specific athlete
  3. In bottom section of screen check Exh box for entry to become exhibition
