If you receive an exception report with the message "New Swimmer Not Allowed" when importing entries follow the steps below:

Under the notes in the exception report, it will say: New swimmer not allowed.
  1. Go to File, select Import, and click on Meet Entries
  2. Select meet entry file 
  3. Verify Update Times Only (No new entries) is unchecked
