1. Go to Teams (or Schools) then select Add
  2. Enter the following
    1. Team Abbr
    2. Full Team Name
    3. Short Team Name
  3. Select
    1. Team Registration
    2. Team Type
    3. (Optional) Team Division
  4. (Optional) Enter Mailing Information and Telephone Information
  5. Click OK

  • Note: If other teams use the same name and abbreviation; you need to change them first, as Team Manager won't allow 2 team names that are the same because it will mess up the ability to match on team when importing results. However if other teams use that same name and abbreviation at meets and your team goes to the same meets you probably needs to change to something different than what you are using or there will be issues in the future.
