ACTIVE Timing - Manually Import Read Data

In some instances, you may need/wish to import tag read data from a reader or readers that are not directly connected to the software. Use the following process to do this:

1. If applicable, insert the thumb drive containing your tag read data into a USB port on your computer
   • NOTE: For Elite and Super-Elite users, you may also choose to download the pertinent files to your computer via the standalone IPICO Dashboard software.
2. Open ACTIVE Timing
3. Select your Event
4. Navigate to the Dashboard screen
5. In the top-right corner, click Manage > Import Tag Reads
6. From the drop-down menu, select the IP address associated with the reader for which you wish to import data
7. Click Import
8. Locate the appropriate tag data file on your computer or removable USB thumb drive
9. Select the file and click Open

The ACTIVE Timing software will automatically apply tag reads to their respective participants, and score them accordingly.
