Due to certain differences between Windows 7 & 8 and Windows 10, Dashboard may only work with Windows 10 if it has been set to compatibility mode. Below are instructions for configuring Dashboard to work in compatibility mode.
  1. Click Start
  2. Type Dashboard into search bar
  3. Right-click Dashboard
  4. Click Properties
  5. Click Compatibility tab
  6. Check Run this program in compatibility mode for
  7. Select Windows 7 from drop-down box
  8. Click Ok
