Please refer to below steps to cancel Premium auto renewal.
- Go to phone Settings
- Tap iTunes & App Store
- Tap Apple ID at top of screen
- Tap View Apple ID
- Tap Subscriptions
- Tap ACTIVEx Premium Access subscription
- Tap Cancel Subscription
- Tap Confirm on pop up window
