We recently introduced a login feature in the Meet Mobile app. When opening the app, you may now see a prompt to log in. This has caused some confusion, so here’s what you need to know.
Do You Need to Log In?
- No login required: You can continue viewing meet results without logging in.
- Optional login: Logging in is only needed if you want to use new features like connecting with coaches or receiving performance feedback.
Why Log In?
- Select a role (Coach, Swimmer, or others).
- View feedback or comments shared by coaches.
How to Create an ACTIVE.com Account in Meet Mobile
- Tap Sign in
- Select Join now at the bottom of the screen
- Follow the sign-up steps
Once your account is created, you can log in with your new credentials.
Note: You do not need an ACTIVE username and password to use Meet Mobile for viewing results. Logging in is optional and only enhances your experience if you want to access feedback features.
