Connecting your attendee list from Active Network to Virtual Event Bag is simple! Use these steps below:
- If you don't already have one, contact your Active Works Endurance Support representative and request an API key
- Note: You can contact Active Works Endurance Support using this link: https://support.activenetwork.com/endurance/AWE_Contact
- Once you have the API key, click People in left side tool bar
- Click Audience
- In Add Your Audience section, go to Option A - Connect With Your Online Registration Service
- Click drop down to Choose Service and select Active Network
- Enter your API key and click Connect
- Select the event you want to connect
- Click Connect
- Note: Once you connect the sync will start immediately. The sync will repeat once every 24 hours and again right before you send the invitations to share your bag.
