If you have an existing payment plan setup and need to edit the installment dates, follow the steps below.
- From Home page locate desired Season name
- Under Seasons click Setup under desired season name
- Select Deposits and payment plans
- Under Installments click Edit by desired installment
- Make necessary changes to Installment due dates
- Click Save payment plan
- Note: If any participants were registered with the payment plan that had incorrect installments dates, you will need to edit their order so they are auto-billed on the correct date Remove Payment Plan from an Existing Order. Then add the payment plan back to the participants order Add Payment Plan to an Existing Order.
- Note: If the participant didn't save their credit card on file you will need the credit card info to add the payment plan back to the order.
