For organizations on a per registration model, no additional registration fees are charged for any registration transferred from one session to another. 

For organizations on a flat rate model, if the order value increases as a result of the transfer, the registration fee will be adjusted to accommodate the new order total. When transfer, the system will first cancel the product fee and registration fee on the transfer-out line, then charge the product fee and registration fee on the transfer-in line. 

If registration fees are Set to be passed on to the Participant, you will see a Registration fee credit issued for the original session and a new registration fee applied to the new session.
