Lock User to a Season

Users can be restricted to specific seasons in your organization’s database. When a user is locked to a season, they can only view data from that season based on their assigned user role. The steps below explain how to lock a user to a season.
  1. Select User-added image in upper right corner
  2. Select User Administration on right side bar under Settings
  3. Click Edit under desired user's name
  4. Click Select Seasons next to Season Restriction
  5. Click Edit next to season selected
  6. Check off desired seasons for user
  7. Select Save on season window
  8. Select Save in Edit User
