Users can be restricted to specific seasons in your organization’s database. When a user is locked to a season, they can only view data from that season based on their assigned user role. The steps below explain how to lock a user to a season.
- Select
in upper right corner
- Select User Administration on right side bar under Settings
- Click Edit under desired user's name
- Click Select Seasons next to Season Restriction
- Click Edit next to season selected
- Check off desired seasons for user
- Select Save on season window
- Select Save in Edit User
