Users can be restricted to specific sessions in your organization’s database. When a user is locked to sessions, they can only view data from those sessions based on their assigned user role. The steps below explain how to lock a user to sessions.
  1. Select User-added image in upper right corner
  2. Select User Administration on right side bar under Settings
  3. Click Edit under desired user's name
  4. Click Select Sessions next to Session Restriction
  5. Click Edit next to session selected
  6. Select Season with Season drop-down to view sessions in that season
  7. Check off desired sessions for user
  8. Select Save on session window
  9. Select Save in Edit User
