Content Details

In an Email report, Failed shows the number of emails that could not be delivered permanently with reasons for failed delivery. 

Note: Examples include invalid recipient email addresses or email addresses on a server configured to block all emails from the sender’s domain
Note: Check with your customer to make sure email addresses were entered correctly
Note: If the address is correct, the customer may need to contact their email provider and have them whitelist active.com and email.active.com
