Net Revenue = Total amount of items sold (includes unpaid registration balances). Transfers In are included, but amounts for Transfers out, Cancellations and Discounts are deducted to determine the final net revenue amount.

Net Payments = Total payments received for items sold (excludes unpaid balances). Includes all payment types (credit card, check, and cash), but does not include any fees (e.g., processing fees and per registration fees if these are not passed on to the registrant).
