The following examples and screenshots show you how the availability schedule functions and how to set up a schedule.

Example 1: 2020 June – December Schedule

  • Regular business hours during 6/1/2020 – 12/31/2020 (weekday hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, weekend hours: 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM):
  1. Click Add date range (Set as defaults to Open hours).
  2. Select the required Date range of 6/1/2020-12/31/2020.
  3. Select the weekday Days (Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri) and then enter the weekday Hours (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM).
  4. Click + Add other days/hours to add weekend Days (Sun and Sat) and weekend Hours (1:00 PM – 6:00 PM).

  • Extended hours during “kids-week” 7/5/2020 – 7/11/2020 (9:00 AM – 8:00 PM):
  1. Click Add date range (Set as defaults to Open hours).
  2. Select the required “kids-week” Date range of 7/5/2020 – 7/11/2020.
  3. Select the Days (Sun through Sat) and then enter the required Hours (9:00 AM – 8:00 PM).

  • The facility is closed on 7/4/2020, 11/26/2020, 12/24/2020 and 12/25/2020:
  1. Click Add date range.
  2. Change Set as to Closed.
  3. Select the required date (or date range) that a facility is closed, for example, 7/4/2020.
  4. To add more closed dates or date ranges, click Add date range and then repeat the above steps.

Example 2: 2021 Facility Schedule

  • Regular business hours during 1/1/2021 – 12/31/2021 (weekday hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, weekend hours: 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM):
  1. Click Add date range (Set as defaults to Open hours).
  2. Select the required Date range of 1/1/2021-12/31/2021.
  3. Select the weekday Days (Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri) and then enter the weekday Hours (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM).
  4. Click + Add other days/hours to add weekend Days (Sun and Sat) and weekend Hours (1:00 PM – 6:00 PM).

  • Shortened holiday hours (2:00 PM – 5:00 PM) on all holidays in 2021:
  1. Import 2021 holidays (provided that 2021 holidays have been added under the Holidays tab) into the schedule by clicking Import holidays > 2021 > required holidays > OK.

  1. Configure holiday hours by clicking Facility-Availability-Schedules_img1 > Set as > Open hours and then selecting the Days and entering the required Hours. For example, on 1/1/2021:

  • The facility is closed for maintenance between 5/16/2021-5/30/2021:
  1. Click Add date range.
  2. Change Set as to Closed.
  3. Select the required Date range of 5/16/2021-5/30/2021 that the facility is closed.
