To do this, either have them register themselves and join the team, or if they are already registered, follow the instructions to Assign Participants to Team after Registration.
Below are instructions for changing a team's captain:
- Click Event Name under Your events on Organization Dashboard (HOME)
- Click Teams
- Click Team Name to change
- Check box next to name of new team captain
- Click More… and then Select as team captain
- Click Change
- Note: To become team captain, participants must have registered themselves and be at least 18 years old.
- Note: Team captains may only be adjusted on self-registration teams, group-registration teams are not eligible for team captain edits.
