Once a registration has been cancelled, you will no longer be able to issue a refund or apply credit in your organization account's administration interface.
If you need to issue a refund to a cancelled registration or need to refund a greater amount to the cancelled registration, please Report Issue and Contact Endurance Support.
Note: When cancelling registration without issuing a refund, the system issues a refund that is cancelled out by a cancellation charge - as such, the dashboard displays the refund amount. When a refund is then issued for the cancelled registration, that refund amount is also added to the refund total in the dashboard causing it display a greater amount than was actually refunded.
Note: Whether to refund participants is entirely up to the event organizer as the refund action needs to be done in the organization account's admin interface. Participants cannot refund their registrations themselves.
