Below are instructions to report an issue identified for an organization (or events within an organization) to ACTIVE Works Endurance support. Organizer reporting issue to technical support must be an existing administrator for organization using ACTIVE Works Endurance.
1. Collect information to submit to support:
a. Organization name
b. Login email address
c. Error message, if applicable
d. Steps to recreate the issue
e. Screenshot, if applicable
2. Visit Contact Us form to connect with support via Phone Call, Chat Online and Email
a. If situation is urgent (major functions are not working, participants cannot register), we recommend calling support
i. Support may request an email containing above items
b. If situation is not urgent (Facebook issue, report taking too long to load), we recommend emailing support
Note: Support cannot fix all issues immediately - instead, support submits request to development team to address problem.
