If participants report that ACTIVE.com listing displays a redirect error when attempting to access the page, it is recommended to unpublish and republish your event at Activate Event. This action refreshes the event listing within the ACTIVE.com directory. Please refer to steps below: 
 
  1. Log in to ACTIVE Works with Existing ACTIVE Passport Account
  2. Open your event under Current event
  3. Click Setup
  4. Click Activation
  5. Scroll down to the bottom of the page, uncheck the box next to Publish your event listing on ACTIVE.com (it may take up to 24 hours for your event to appear)
  6. Click Save & continue
  7. Click Activation again
  8. Scroll down to the bottom of the page, check the box next to Publish your event listing on ACTIVE.com (it may take up to 24 hours for your event to appear)
  9. Click Save & continue
