Missing Category from ACTIVE.com Listing


If you have turned on registration but a category is missing from your ACTIVE.com listing or registration form, you will need to verify that the price restriction availability has been set to "Everyone" (if the category is missing, the availability is most likely set to "Internal" or "No one."  You can change the price restriction settings by following these steps after Log in to ACTIVE Works with Existing ACTIVE Passport Account
 
  1. Click event name under Your events on Organization Dashboard (HOME)
  2. Click Setup beneath event name and date (towards top of screen)

       3.  Click Registration categories from Event setup menu (on right)       

       4 .  
Click Edit pencil icon (https://supportfileshare.active.com/Support/Reg%20Center/edit-pencil.png) next to Price restrictions

       5. Select Everyone from Availability drop-down menu
     
       6. Click Save
        7. Click Save & continue
