Figures on Dashboard and Participants Tab do not Match

Below are some instructions to reconcile the Dashboard number of registrations with the figures shown in the Participants tab and Registrations report after Log in to ACTIVEWorks Endurance.

The figure displayed on the Dashboard is the sum of Participants, incomplete Express Registrations, pending Pre-paid Invitations and Charged back registrations. In order to retrieve these figures you will have to check the options below.

Note: If the Dashboard figure still does not match the sum of the number of registrations from the Participants tab, number of express registrations, pre-paid invitations and the number of charged back registrations, please Report Issue and Contact Endurance Support.

• Check number of Express Registrations
  1. You can access Express Registrations for an event by following the instructions in the Access Express Registration Participants and Send Email Reminder article.
  2. You will see the number of Express Registrations at the bottom left of the page.
• Check number of Pre-paid Invitations
  • You can View and Export Pre-paid Invitations and apply a filter on Status to only consider Unassociated and Invited invitations.
• Check number of Charged back registrations
• You can Run Registration Report and apply a filter on Registration status column to only show the CANCELLED status, then apply a filter on Canceled date column to only show the Blanks, those cancelled registrations without the canceled date are charged back registrations.
