Below are the instructions to view and/or edit emails your members will automatically receive when they sign up, renew, and cancel after
logging Activeworks Membership Manager:
1. Click View package options
2. Click View/Edit under Email Templates on the right hand side
3. Click View/Edit next to an email name
4. View or edit From name, From email address, Subject, and email contents accordingly
5. Check or uncheck Include membership details
6. To receive notification emails, check send copies of each confirmation to > Provide your email address
7. Click Save Changes
