Team Manager includes an Automatic Backup function designed to protect your database. By setting up a reminder period in days, the system will silently check each time you start Team Manager to see if it’s time to create a backup.
Backups are stored in your Database directory (default: C:\TM5Data) or in the directory you defined under Directory Preferences.
- Navigate to Set-up > Preferences > System Preferences > Automated Reminders.
- Specify the number of days for the Automatic Reminder.
Backups are stored in your Database directory (default: C:\TM5Data) or in the directory you defined under Directory Preferences.
- Note: Files are named in the format: SwTM8Archive-xxxxxx-01.zip, where xxxxxx is your database name.
- Note: Team Manager maintains up to 10 backup files, cycling through names ending in 01, 02, 03 … up to 10.
In case you accidentally lose the database or you make irreversible changes to your data, you can restore the system to the state captured in the most recent automatic backup.
