This error typically means that the user cannot access a file or path because of Windows permission issues. 

If clicking 'Ignore' will not let you proceed in opening the database, follow these steps below:

1. Allow full control for Users and Authenticated Users on C:\ drive
  • Hold down the windows key on your keyboard and tap the letter E
  • Right click on the C:\ Drive, left click on Properties and click on the Security tab
  • There select Users and click on Edit
  • Check full control and apply the change
  • Repeat for authenticated users (if you have that option)

3. Reinstall the Program

4. Try again to restore the backup file
