To create a set of time-standards in Swim Manager, follow these steps:
- Click Tools
- Click Manage standard
- Click New standard
- Put in the desired name of the standard in Name
- Fill in Year, if desired
- Fill in Description, if desired
- Add a designator (such as A, B, C, etc.) and a description
- Click + to add more designators, if desired
- Click Create
- Click New standard entry
- Select Gender, Age, Stroke, and Dis (Distance) as desired
- Click Individual or Relay as desired
- Click Add
- Select Faster or equal, slower than, or Both to configure how you wish to add the record: faster than a certain time, slower than a certain time, or both
- Fill out the times for each designator as desired
