Hy‑Tek licenses are valid for 2 years. If your license has not yet expired but you still receive a License Expiration Notice, or if the software switches to Demo Mode (MM) or Lite Mode (TM), please note that this does not mean your license has actually expired.

To resolve this situation, try the following steps:

For Meet Manager
  1. Close Meet Manager (MM) and reopen it.
  2. If the notice still appears:
  • Close Meet Manager again.
  • Manually delete the file smeetsys.mem located in: C:\Hy-Sport\SwMM8
  • Reopen Meet Manager while the device is connected to the internet.

For Team Manager
  1. Close Team Manager (TM) and reopen it.
  2. If the notice still appears:
  • Close Team Manager again.
  • Manually delete 2 files TM8sys2.MDB and tmsys.mem located in: C:\Hy-Sport\TM8
  • Reopen Team Manager while the device is connected to the internet.
 If your license has in fact expired, please Order a Product Replacement to renew the license.
