A Product Replacement provides you with a new copy of your previously purchased desktop software. It is only available for the current releases of the following programs:
- Meet Manager for Swimming 8.0
- Meet Manager for Track & Field 6.0
- Team Manager for Swimming 8.0
- Team Manager for Track & Field 4.2
Ordering a Product Replacement
- Go to the ACTIVE Hy‑Tek Online Store.
- Find the product you want replaced and click BUY ONLINE.
- Under Returning Customers, select Product Replacement ($25).
- Click Add to Cart.
- Complete the checkout process.

Important Notes:
- Club, Team, and School licenses remain valid for 24 months from the initial web delivery date. License renewal requires purchasing a Product Replacement every two years.
- Without renewal after two years, the program will downgrade to the Demo/Lite Version. It can still be used, but with restrictions.
- After being downgraded to the Demo/Lite version and purchasing a Product Replacement, Meet Manager users can follow Add License to Meet Manager or Team Manager to add the renewed license back and restore the Regular version, while Team Manager users should follow Restore Team Manager Regular Version After Renewal to use Change Active License instead.
