For regular orders, please allow 5 to 7 full business days for processing.
Tax‑exempt customers must email their Tax Exemption Certificate (TEC) to HyTekSales@active.com. Approval by our tax department is required before processing, which typically takes an additional 5 business days.
Expedited Orders
For expedited orders, email HyTekSales@active.com with “Urgent Order” in the subject line and include your license name and required date in the message. We will do our best to meet your request.
For urgent cases, we recommend not using a TEC. Orders can be processed with tax included; however, please note that tax will not be refunded later.
