1. When you order and receive an upgrade for your software (i.e Meet Manager 7 upgrade when previous version was Meet Manager 6), upgrade is a new piece of software that needs to be installed
  2. Use first time installation instructions in web delivery to download and run setup file for new software
  3. At end of installation process when using web delivery select software was installed via web delivery and enter license code in email to download license file
  • Note: Update License Instructions are only used to add new features to existing version of software or to update expiration dates on certain licenses. Update license instructions can only be used within same version of software (i.e. Meet Manager 7 to Meet Manager 7)
