An organizational license costs $250 a year. Follow steps below on how to request or renew Organization License:
  1. Place Order Online
  2. Send following information to
  • Number of meets running the software for the year
Note: An organizational license can have a maximum of four meets. If running more than four meets, additional licenses are required
  • List of names of meets and corresponding dates
  • List of names of facilities where meets will be held 
  • Number of computers installing Meet Manager 
  • Will Meet Manager be used for any club-hosted meets?
Note: Order will not be processed until Sales Team received information above
