If you receive a message stating Team Manager has stopped working when creating reports, follow the steps below:
Solution 1: Change Default Printer
Solution 3: Install Times Font Files
Solution 4: Perform a Clean Install
Solution 1: Change Default Printer
- Right-click the windows start icon
- Click Control Panel
- Click View Devices and Printers
- Right-click Microsoft Print to PDF
- Click Set as Default Printer

- Note: This installs several report files that are then used in Meet Manager and Team Manager. You do NOT have to use the demo for the reports.
Solution 3: Install Times Font Files
- Close Meet Manager/Team Manager
- Download Times Font files: Times_Font.zip
- Unzip the file
- Copy the four files to C:\Windows\Fonts
- Note: If you encounter a warning dialog click 'Yes'
- Launch Meet Manager/Team Manager
- Create the reports
