1. In Meet Manager go to Set-up
  2. Division/Region Names
  3. Regions
  4. Add new regions or Edit existing regions to that you have correct options
  5. Go to Teams or Schools.  As you Add or Edit a team/school select correct region for that team/school
  6. During or after meet go to Reports, then Scores
  7. Click on Grouping/Options tab
  8. Under Grouping select By Region to get scores grouped by region
