Both of these sites offer simple step by step guides on how to obtain your Facebook or Twitter feed HTML data. Copy the HTML embed links provided.
On the custom widget page, click source to change the editor to HTML.
Paste your copied embed code into the editor and click save. Make sure you paste both the javascript code and the plugin code.
