Enter Player Avoidance

As a Tournament Director, you have the ability to enter in a player avoidance in TDM. This will help to accommodate players who still want to play in your tournament but have schedule conflicts. Follow the steps below to add a player avoidance:

1. Login to TennisLink Tournaments Homepage
2. Under Administration, click My Tournaments
3. Click TDM link
4. Under Event Name, choose player's event
5. In Event Selected box, select player
6. Click Edit Player

7. In Player Properties box, click Avoidance
8. Choose Tournament Day from drop down
9. Click icon to input avoidance times
10. Click Add

11. When done, click Ok
