New: Request New Facility or Update Existing Facility

Old facilities or facilities that are not in the membership database will no longer be available in the facility search. To request a new facility or update an existing facility (that is in the membership database), please follow the steps below:

Note: Facility requests may take up to 72 hours to process. The Customer Care team will be in touch to inform you of the status of your facility request.

Note: Old facilities that are currently being used for a league or program will still be available throughout the season, but you will not be able to use/search it moving forward. 

Note: The below steps are only available to league and junior coordinators. If you are a player or captain and need to submit a request for a new facility request, please click on the above Facility Request Form. 

Leagues: 

1. Login to TennisLink Leagues Homepage
2. Under Coordinator Options, click Leagues Setup
3. Drill down to the league(s) that needs a new facility. Make sure to select the league. 
4. On the bottom of the page, click Facility Management 

5. Select Other Facility 
6. Please make sure you have searched for your facility either by zip code or state. If the facility you are looking for does not show up when using the search criteria, select Request New Facility
7. Fill out the Facility Request Form > Submit

Team Tennis: 

1. Login to the Junior Team Tennis homepage
2. Navigate to program
3. Under Administration, click Modify Program
4. Click the Site Facilities tab
5. Select Search Here

6. Please make sure you have searched for your facility either by zip code or state. If the facility you are looking for does not show up when using the search criteria, select Request New Facility
7. Fill out the Facility Request Form > Submit
