You are able to change who and how your audience can view your Event Page. The following are the 3 options available:
  • Public (available to anyone)
    • Anyone that clicks on the event page url will have be able to see all the contents of your event page
  • Limited (name & email required)
    • Anyone can access the page but must provide First Name, Last Name, & Email.
    • Participants that receive an Invitation directly from the event will have instant access.
  • Private (by invite only)
    • Participants that receive an Invitation directly from the event will have instant access.
    • If a participant visits the event page not using their invitation link, they will need to enter their First Name, Last Name, and Email. If a match is not found, then the person is not able to access the bag.

Steps to change bag access level:
  1. Log in to your Virtual Event Bags account
  2. Click in to your bag
  3. Click Setup > Settings
  4. Click Page Access dropdown
  5. Choose the level 
  6. Click Save
