If your bag is not connected to your registration software, you can upload your participant list to Virtual Event Bags through a file upload.
- Note: The file must be a CSV and include field names First Name, Last Name and Email Address. Fields Gender, Age and Zip Code are not required but very helpful for reporting
- Log into your Virtual Event Bags account
- Click your bag
- Click People then Audience on left side
- Under B Upload your Registration List, click Chose File
- Select your file and click Open
- Click Upload
- Agree to Privacy Content and click Continue
- Match columns to correct content
- Click Continue Upload
- Note: Your upload will begin in the background. You can now navigate to other section in your bag if needed. Check back in a couple minutes and you will find your upload complete. You will also get an email when your file is finished.
