To upload a background image, use these steps:
  • Note: This feature is available for Professional and Ultimate plan
  • Note: Please contact the support if you want to upgrade your plan to unlock this feature.
  1. Login to your account in Virtual Event Bags
  2. From your Dashboard, choose your bag
  3. On left side, click Setup>Branding
  4. Scroll to Upload Your Background Image section and click Background Image 
  5. Choose file from your computer
  6. Click Open
    • Note: If you do not like your image, click Remove button the thumbnail and repeat steps 5 and 6 to add a new one
  7. Click Save
