Images on the web are displayed in a 'color mode' called RGB and are typically JPG, PNG or GIF file formats. All images uploaded into the Virtual Race Bags platform must be in RGB color mode to display properly or simply to put to work as planned. You may have to convert your images from CMKY mode to RGB so that you can use them in Virtual Event Bags.
