Occasionally when either you or someone creating a placement is uploading an image, the image appears as a white box or with parts of the image missing. This is caused when a CMYK image is uploaded instead of an RGB image.

Every image has a color profile such as RGB or CMYK. The color profile RGB is a common setting for the web and the CMYK profile is common for printed materials such as brochures, advertisements, etc. When a person tries to upload an image with a CMYK color profile, you will see odd behavior such as the image appearing all white, with various parts of the image missing or the file will not upload at all.

To fix the white space:
  1. Remove current image
