If you forgot your password to log in to Virtual Event Bags, don't worry! Use these steps to create a new one.

For Flat Fee users:
  1. Go to engage.active.com
  2. On left under Returning Event Pages Users, click Forgot Password?
  3. Enter Email Address
  4. Click Submit
For Per Reg users:
  1. ​Go to passport.active.com
  2. Under Sign In button, click Forgot your password?
  3. Enter Email Address
  4. Click Send
