Transfer to Another Season

It is not possible to transfer a participant to a different season directly.  However, it is possible to reallocate the funds to the account credit balance to register for a different season.
  • Note: A new registration fee will be incurred
To transfer a registrant into a session in another season:
  1. Go to People tab
  2. Select account
  3. Click appropriate order number
  4. Cancel registration and select checkbox to refund to account credit balance

  5. Register participant for new season/session and pay for it by using credit balance
