Content Details

You can manage key information about your organization by clicking Account Settings User-added image in the upper right corner:
  • Public facing contact information
  • A description of your organization that will show up on Active.com
  • Contact information that ACTIVE Network can use to reach you
  • How ACTIVE Network can remit payment to you, see Receiving Payments from ACTIVE
  • Whether you allow customers to remit edit their registration form info in their online accounts, see Allow Registration Form Modification thru Online Account
  • The forms of payment you accept (internally and externally) from your customers, see Changing Accepted Payment Methods
  • Whether you or your customer pay the online registration fee, see Specify Who Pays the Registration Fee
The information is initially entered when setting up a season but can be updated at any time.
