You can manage key information about your organization by clicking Account Settings
in the upper right corner:
- Public facing contact information
- A description of your organization that will show up on Active.com
- Contact information that ACTIVE Network can use to reach you
- How ACTIVE Network can remit payment to you, see Receiving Payments from ACTIVE
- Whether you allow customers to remit edit their registration form info in their online accounts, see Allow Registration Form Modification thru Online Account
- The forms of payment you accept (internally and externally) from your customers, see Changing Accepted Payment Methods
- Whether you or your customer pay the online registration fee, see Specify Who Pays the Registration Fee
