Registrants may need to update their registration form questions after registration is completed. To allow people to modify registration form thru Online Account, agency users need to enable the option from admin site.
  1. Click User-added image at top right side
  2. Under Organization settings, scroll down to Online account settings and select Allow customers to update their registration information
  3. Click Save

After this option is enabled, participant will be able to see the option Edit Registration Form once they logged into online account.

Note: To prevent registrants from editing registration form after a specific date, checking Customers must contact us to update their registration information in your system settings will do. Then the option "Edit Registration Form" will disappear from online account.
