You can choose to let your customers update registration form info in their online account, or you can keep it locked and require them to contact you if they need to change something they entered on a registration form.

- Click
on the upper right hand corner on homepage.
- On Organization settings page, scroll to Online account settings section.
- Choose desired Registration form editing setting.
- Click Save.
- Note: If a participant edits a registration form question in their online account that is tied to a Session Option Type, specifically a Conditional Session Option where a rule automatically adds a session option based on a registration form response, the session option will not be added to the online account order.
- We recommend disabling the ability for parents to edit registration forms in their online account when using Conditional Session Options.
